Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced US Construction Insurance Executive to manage insurance documentation, compliance requirements, and client coordination for US construction companies. This is a full-time, night-shift, on-site role based in I-8, Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle US construction insurance certificates (COIs) and related documentation
• Review and verify insurance policies in accordance with US construction standards
• Coordinate with US insurance brokers, contractors, and project managers
• Ensure compliance with general liability, workers’ compensation, auto, and umbrella policies
• Track insurance renewals, endorsements, and expirations
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Communicate professionally via email and calls with US clients
• Support internal teams with insurance-related queries

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in US Construction Insurance (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of:
• Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
• Workers’ Compensation
• General Liability & Auto Liability
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to work US night shift (6 PM – 2 AM)PKT
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace/ Hub spot
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Prior experience working with US-based construction or insurance firms
• Knowledge of ACORD forms
• Experience handling multiple projects/clients simultaneously
