HR Operations & Automation Specialist (Night Shift)

NCRi Solutions is looking to hire an HR Operations & Automation Specialist who will be primarily responsible for automating and streamlining manual HR and operational processes using Excel and free/low-code tools, while also supporting end-to-end recruitment as a secondary responsibility. The focus is on improving efficiency, data accuracy, and scalability as the organization grows.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Automation

  • Identify manual HR and operational processes and design automated solutions using Excel, trackers, dashboards, and free automation tools.
  • Manage and maintain employee data, attendance, leaves, and HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Build and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data trackers to support management decision-making.
  • Improve HR workflows, documentation standards, and internal processes to reduce manual effort.

Recruitment Support

  • Support full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles as business needs arise.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, screening, interview coordination, and ATS data hygiene.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring priorities.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in HR operations, data management, and process automation.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and HR data reporting.
  • Exposure to full-cycle recruitment and ATS systems.
  • Ability to independently identify inefficiencies and implement practical automation solutions.
