About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Virtual Education Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between international students and our partner universities. You are not just a counselor; you are an advocate and a closer. Your primary goal is to guide students through the admissions funnel—from initial interest to submitting their application and, finally, matriculating.
Key Responsibilities:

  • High-Volume Outreach: Execute a high volume of daily outbound calls (80–100 calls per day) to prospective international students.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a roster of students, moving them efficiently through the admissions funnel via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and phone.
  • Conversion Focus: proactively follow up with students to ensure applications are completed, documents are submitted, and offers are accepted.
  • Guidance: Simplify the complex university application process for students, removing barriers and encouraging them to take immediate action.
  • Reporting: Track daily activity and conversion metrics to ensure weekly and monthly placement goals are met.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales or high-volume business development role (inside sales, SDR, or recruitment experience is highly valued).
  • Educational Background (Preferred): Experience in educational consulting, international student recruitment, or university admissions is a strong plus.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be persuasive, empathetic, and clear.
  • Tenacity: Comfortable with cold calling and persistent follow-up; you are not afraid to pick up the phone.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools, dialing software, and messaging platforms.
