Job Title: Sales Executive & Dispatcher (US Transport & Logistics)
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST (US Shift)
Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month (CTC up to ₹4.8 LPA)
Incentives: Up to ₹25,000/month
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our US Logistics team as Sales Executives & Dispatchers. You will manage outbound calls, build and maintain relationships with carriers and brokers, and ensure smooth shipment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to carriers and brokers
• Provide shipment quotes and manage dispatches
• Resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
• Deliver top-tier customer service

Requirements:

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Logistics experience is an added advantage
• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma
