Our team is small and talent dense. We previously built Galxe, the largest growth platform in Web3 (30M+ users, $20M ARR).

We’re looking for a Growth Manager to own Alva’s content-first, community-driven go-to-market.

## What You Will Do

- Be active daily in investor/trader communities (X, Discord, Telegram): cultivate Alva’s core community, spark conversations, and co-create playbooks using Alva.

- Drive partnerships with established investing communities, funds, and research institutions to publish content using Alva.

- Design and run creative growth campaigns to drive user acquisitions and engagements.

- Build and publish high-quality content with Alva.

- Own Alva’s social execution end-to-end.

## Who You Are

- Deeply fluent in US equities and/or crypto; you speak the language of sophisticated investors/traders.

- Community-native and genuinely enjoys spending time online with community members.

- Strong relationship builder; existing networks in investing communities/institutions are a major plus.

- Strong creator instincts: you turn market ideas into clear frameworks, charts, and shareable playbooks.

- A natural sharer: you love share your ideas and build in public

- Passionate about AI and the financial market.

- High ownership and self-driven

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
