Location: DHA Phase 5, Karachi
Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift – US Hours)

Important Note:

This position is strictly for candidates with prior US recruitment experience. Applicants without hands-on US hiring exposure will not be considered.

Are you an experienced US Recruiter with a solid understanding of the US hiring market and non-technical roles?
Do you have proven experience recruiting for US-based clients and managing the end-to-end hiring process?

Level3 BOS (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a skilled US Recruiter to support non-technical hiring across roles such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, and other corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based non-technical roles
• Source candidates using US-focused platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates according to US hiring standards
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and pipeline tracking
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience

Required Experience & Skills

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, with mandatory US recruitment exposure
• Demonstrated experience hiring for US non-technical roles (Sales, Marketing, Support, Ops, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of US sourcing channels and recruitment practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) aligned with US time zones
