Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of US-based positions.
• Source and engage candidates using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• Utilize sales expertise to attract, influence, and successfully place top talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Meet hiring targets and deadlines in a high-volume recruitment environment.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in US recruitment (agency or corporate).
• Proven success in managing high-volume hiring.
• Background in sales or business development; confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
• Hands-on experience with Indeed and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with immediate availability.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
