Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven US Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong recruitment experience, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for connecting top talent with opportunities in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
• Apply strong communication and persuasion skills to attract and convert top talent
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones efficiently
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and build strong relationships with hiring managers
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

• Proven experience in US recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong track record in high-volume hiring environments
• Expertise in sourcing through platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
• Availability for immediate joining preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
