Working Hour: 9:00AM-6:00PM
Salary: Rs. 80,000-150,000.

We are looking for a User Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our mobile app user base. The ideal candidate will have experience running paid campaigns, analyzing performance data, and finding effective ways to bring in new users at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage user acquisition campaigns for mobile apps across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to improve installs, retention, and ROI.
• Research and test new acquisition channels.
• Work with the marketing and product teams to optimize conversion funnels.
• Manage budgets and report on campaign results.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Experience in mobile app marketing or user acquisition.
• Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, or Appsflyer.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results.

Preferred:

• Experience with ASO (App Store Optimization).
• Background in gaming, SaaS, or consumer apps.
