Responsibilities:
- Drive a company-provided van to deliver products to various locations .
- Utilize manual driving skills efficiently and safely while adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service.
- Conduct sales activities, such as taking orders, upselling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for merchandising products on shelves and displays to enhance their visibility and appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock rotation to maintain product freshness.
- Gather feedback and insights from customers to provide valuable input for product improvement and market trends.
- Keep accurate records of sales, deliveries, and expenses for reporting purposes.
- Uphold company standards for product quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Van Salesman with a valid manual driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Strong merchandising skills to enhance product visibility and maximize sales opportunities.
- Attentive to detail to ensure accurate order processing and maintain product quality.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets efficiently.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy loads as required.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
