Vendor Cost And Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive professionals to join our team as Vendor Services & Contract Evaluation Specialists. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct regular, continuous, and thorough analyses of vendor-provided services to ensure optimal rates, identify redundant services, and implement cost-saving measures across entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular evaluations and comparisons of vendor services focusing on utility, efficiency, quality, and pricing.
• Analyze vendor usage data and prepare detailed performance and cost reports.
• Perform projections and analyses on potential cost savings over time.
• Identify and recommend termination of unused or redundant services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor services with operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor contracts and performance records.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for vendor optimization and cost reduction.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in vendor and contract management.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven experience in vendor management or procurement for IT/ICT, HR, Healthcare Billing Applications, or similar products and services.
• Strong financial acumen, including cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and evaluating outsourced service performance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess vendor performance, costs, and risks effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills for contracts and SLAs to secure favorable terms for CareCloud.
• Cross-cultural awareness and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail and organizational capability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ACCA Finalist, MBA, or BBA
