Vendor Strategy&Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily management of food delivery service vendors, including but not limited to onboarding, performance evaluation, termination, and risk control, based on the UAE food delivery business model and service vendor strategies. Ensure service vendors’ operations align with business goals and drive growth.

2. Analyze service vendors’ operational performance to identify growth opportunities. Provide business development recommendations and profit optimization strategies from perspectives such as target achievement, customer composition, and strategic planning. Collaborate with service vendors to implement actionable plans, and ensure alignment with UAE food delivery market demands for sustainable operations.

4. Build strong partnerships with service vendors, guiding them to invest in and contribute to key platform products and projects. Continuously refine best practices for the service vendor ecosystem and UAE food delivery industry, driving business innovation.

Job Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in food delivery/catering client management or service vendor management preferred.

2. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, proposal development expertise, and solid sales knowledge.

3. Strong self-motivation and execution ability; adept at independently mastering internal/external product information and applying it to real business scenarios.
