Venture Growth Lead

About the Role


This is an exciting individual contributor role that requires exceptional collaboration and coordination skills and business acumen. You will partner closely with Product Management, Tech, Venture Builder HQ Team, Marketing, and Brand teams in HQ to help your Venture to grow. As a Venture Growth Lead, you will be responsible for designing and executing the go-to-market (GTM) and growth strategy for new ventures across our portfolio. You will own the P&L , taking accountability for traction, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

This is a hybrid role that blends strategy, execution, and leadership: you’ll coordinate across internal studio departments (brand, product, sales, ops, tech) while personally building and testing growth initiatives. You will act as the growth co-founder for the ventures you lead.

You will work closely with important stakeholders in the company to understand the market and the issues they face and to identify and implement innovative GTM campaigns across different markets. Working across all areas of the company, you will serve as an internal/external liaison between product, design, operations, Marketing. commercial, growth and C-Level.


Key Responsibilities


Growth Strategy & GTM:

  • Define and implement an end-to-end growth strategy for ventures from 0 → 1.
  • Build GTM playbooks including positioning, customer segmentation, pricing, channels, and funnel design.

Execution & Experimentation:

  • Hands-on execution of full-stack marketing across paid, owned, and earned channels (SEO/AEO, content, social, partnerships, performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM).
  • Design, run, and optimize growth experiments (A/B tests, landing pages, conversion funnels).

Commercial Ownership:

  • Take full P&L responsibility, including revenue targets, CAC/LTV models and unit economics.
  • Collaborate with finance and founders to model growth scenarios and funding needs.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Act as the bridge between product, sales, brand, design, and ops within the studio.
  • Align growth priorities with product roadmap and founder vision.

Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead growth squads (internal + external freelancers/agencies).
  • Mentor founders and internal associates on growth methodologies.

Reporting & Insights:

  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track progress.
  • Report on growth performance to studio leadership and venture partners.


What you need for this role

  • You have 7 - 12 years of work experience in a Growth marketing role (B2B Preferred) for SaaS or Internet Businesses
  • Record of launching products or platforms in a team working for Tech or Startups
  • Have a degree from an accredited university, Marketing, Economy, Engineering, Maths, Science preferred
  • Passion for getting data & growing usage in the product, make people love using it
  • Knowledge of leading and conducting quantitative and qualitative market research in multiple markets, to gain relevant insights
  • You are good at data analytics and enjoy making value out of data
  • You have a deep understanding of Social/Viral mechanisms and web & app platforms
  • Ability to effectively lead multiple GTM launch cycles and work autonomously
  • Strong influential skills to sell the strategy with key stakeholders and gain buy-in
  • You are an excellent communicator with any audience exec, tech, design, business
  • You have a love of finding out of the box ways to solve problems
  • You are obsessed with getting things done and finding a way to do it
  • You can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Super Fluent in English language
  • If Remote/Hybrid, needs to travel to Karachi few days per month or bi monthly
