Full job description

Strive BPO Limited is looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our Verification Team for the Medicare Campaign. The role involves verifying customer details after sales calls and ensuring data accuracy in our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound verification calls to confirm customer information.
• Verify and update data collected by sales or support representatives.
• Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records.
• Identify and resolve any data discrepancies with the team lead.
• Follow verification scripts and uphold quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of call center or verification experience (required).
• Strong English communication and listening skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be based in Rawalpindi and available for on-site work.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (minimum: High School diploma).

Job Type: Full-time-Shift: Night (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Pay: Rs. 60,000 – 150,000 per month (including incentives)
