Veterinary Receptionist/Customer Care Representative

Charleston Animal Eye Specialists aims to bring Charleston and the surrounding area state-of-the-art veterinary eye services with care and compassion. We are looking to hire a client care representative. The ideal candidate would have excellent customer service service skills, and a great attitude. Our fully renovated 2,200 square foot hospital is equipped with cutting edge technology. Our workplace environment is cheerful and our current team consists of two experienced veterinary technicians and a veterinary assistant. Charleston Animal Eye is a doctor owned and operated small business-where employees are more than just a number.

About the Role- The client care representative will work with the medical director and veterinary technicians to focus on client and patient experience from the first phone call to check out.

Who you are:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Veterinary experience: 1 year minimum preferred but not required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Flexible, cooperative, dependable, responsible, with good time management and multitasking skills

What you’ll do: The client care representative will be responsible for performing clerical duties such as:

• Client service and communication
• Collaboration with other team members
• Managing multiple phone lines, email account, and booking appointments
• Ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is always clean and presentable Attention to detail and awareness of surroundings, noticing areas of need within the practice

Schedule-

• This is a position based in Charleston, SC
• open to full time or part time
• Monday-Friday

Pay: Compensation is based on experience and skill level

• $16.00-$23.00 per hour
