This is a fully performance-based role with higher earning potential than any fixed-salary position within the firm, with the possibility of transitioning into a salaried leadership role as the firm expands its advisory divisions.

This role was introduced for high performers who prefer to operate on a fully performance-based structure – individuals who thrive on autonomy, results, and uncapped earning potential.

We advise mid-market companies on capital raising and M&A transactions.

Our model combines institutional investment-banking discipline with entrepreneurial speed and proprietary deal-origination systems.

You’ll join our advisory team as a Vice President – a client-facing role focused on mandate origination and relationship management.

You’ll engage with founders and executives who’ve already expressed interest in our services, enabling you to focus on strategic conversations, relationship-building, and closing.

You’ll work on real transactions and build a network of founders, investors, and dealmakers across Europe, EMEA and the US – without needing to prospect from scratch.

• Act as primary contact for founders and executives exploring financing or strategic exits
• Qualify opportunities, understand objectives, and position Palmstone Capital's advisory framework
• Present and negotiate engagement structures through to mandate signature
• Manage the full client process from initial discussion to signed engagement
• Collaborate with partners on live mandates and client strategy
• Participate in valuation discussions, capital-structure design, and transaction execution

• 3–10 years in B2B finance, commercial lending, real-estate finance, or other high-value transactional sales
• Proven record closing complex or consultative deals
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Self-directed, professional, performance-driven
• Based within CET / GMT ± 2 time zones (Europe or UAE)

Backgrounds that translate well: commercial-finance brokers, M&A advisors, wealth managers, or business-sale consultants.

• Real deal exposure – Work directly on live mandates with partners, contributing to valuation discussions, capital structure design, and transaction execution.
• Elite network access – Build direct relationships with founders, executives, and investors across Europe, the US, and emerging markets.
• Mentorship & development – Receive institutional training in capital markets, advisory processes, and negotiation, with structured partner feedback and ongoing support.
• Merit-based progression – Advancement based purely on performance, not tenure. Top performers may transition into salaried or leadership roles as the firm expands.
• Performance-driven compensation – Fully performance-based structure with realistic on-target earnings between €100K and €450K annually for strong performers, and significantly higher potential for top closers. Structure discussed individually with qualified candidates.
• Global autonomy – Work remotely from anywhere in Europe, South Africa, or the UAE within a high-performance culture that values independence and results.
