Vice President of Sales

Role Purpose

To lead, strategize, and drive end-to-end sales performance for Kailasa , ensuring revenue achievement, brand positioning, and exceptional customer experience while building high-performing sales teams and robust sales processes.


1. People Perspective

  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales teams across direct sales, channel partners, and site sales.
  • Define sales structure, roles, KRAs, and performance benchmarks aligned with project objectives.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and ethical selling practices.
  • Coach team members on luxury selling, negotiation, and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with HR to support hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, CRM, hospitality, finance, legal, and construction teams.


2. Financial Perspective

  • Own and deliver project-wise sales targets, revenue, cash flow, and collections.
  • Prepare and manage sales budgets, incentive plans, and cost controls.
  • Drive price optimization, inventory planning, and margin enhancement.
  • Monitor sales velocity, booking trends, and pipeline health.
  • Ensure timely collections, minimize cancellations, and reduce revenue leakage.
  • Support management with forecasts, MIS, and board-level sales reporting.


3. Customer Perspective

  • Define and uphold superior customer experience standards for Kailasa.
  • Personally engage with key clients, HNIs, and strategic investors when required.
  • Ensure transparency, trust, and consistency in customer communication.
  • Oversee grievance redressal and ensure effective closure of escalations.
  • Align sales narratives with brand positioning and project value proposition.
  • Drive long-term customer advocacy, referrals, and brand loyalty.


4. Internal Process Perspective

  • Establish and strengthen sales SOPs, CRM discipline, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA, legal documentation, pricing approvals, and audit processes.
  • Align sales plans with marketing campaigns, channel strategies, and site readiness.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through dashboards, analytics, and reviews.
  • Coordinate with construction, planning, and delivery teams for realistic commitments.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies related to sales, pricing, and customer commitments.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in real estate sales, with leadership roles in premium / luxury residential projects
  • Proven track record of delivering large-ticket sales and managing high-value inventory
  • Graduate / MBA preferred
