We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President – Sales to lead KalSoft’s sales strategy, business development, and revenue growth across all regions. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in driving enterprise sales within the Microsoft ecosystem, with a deep understanding of solution-based selling, channel management, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute KalSoft’s sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives and regional expansion plans.

  • Drive revenue growth across all service lines, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Cloud, Modern Workplace, and Managed Services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft regional teams, enterprise clients, and strategic partners.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and business development teams across geographies.

  • Identify new business opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and oversee proposal development and deal negotiations.

  • Collaborate closely with Delivery, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and execution.

  • Represent KalSoft in key Microsoft events, partner programs, and industry forums.

  • Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to guide business strategy and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 15 – 18+ years of proven sales leadership experience in IT or enterprise technology, preferably with a Microsoft Partner or within Microsoft itself.

  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets for Microsoft-based solutions and services.

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft product suite (Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, M365) and licensing models.

  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership and execution capability.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
