Urgent opening for Vice Principal in CBSE School @ Sangrur Punjab.

Experience:

• Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience, with at least 2–3 years in an administrative/leadership
• role (Coordinator/Headmistress/Vice-Principal/Principal)
• Strong background in school administration and academic planningEducational Qualification:
• Master’s degree in any discipline (M.A./M.Sc./M.Com.)
• B.Ed./M.Ed. mandatory
• Additional leadership or administrative certifications preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor teachers
• Proficiency in school operations, timetabling, discipline management, and academic supervision
• Ability to design and implement academic improvement strategies
• Experience in teacher training and performance evaluation
• Good command over English
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with school management systems and basic IT tools
