About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Vice Principal to support the Principal in academic administration and quality assurance. The candidate will help uphold high standards of nursing education and contribute to overall institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in planning and executing academic and administrative activities.
• Monitor teaching schedules, lesson plans, and faculty performance.
• Ensure effective implementation of curriculum and clinical rotations.
• Supervise academic records, internal assessments, and examination processes.
• Coordinate student mentorship, counseling, and discipline.
• Support faculty development programs, workshops, and training initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with INC, State Nursing Council, and university guidelines.
• Manage daily academic operations in the absence of the Principal.

Qualifications & Experience

• M.Sc. Nursing (Ph.D. desirable).
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, including 2 years in a senior role (as per regulatory norms).
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Good knowledge of nursing education standards and accreditation processes.
