Vici-dial/ VoIP Engineer(Male Preferred)

About Us: VoIPMen PVT Ltd is a leading provider of VoIP solutions, and we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Vicidial Customer Support Representative to join our team. If you have basic knowledge of ViciDial and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create users in ViciDial and ensure proper configuration.
• Upload and manage data within the ViciDial system.
• Set up and maintain campaigns in ViciDial.
• Manage VOIP carriers and DID numbers.
• Run and analyze campaign reports to ensure efficiency and performance.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of ViciDial is required.
• Strong basic English communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
