What You’ll Do

• Create high-quality photo and video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Capture in-store energy, food preparation, and guest experiences
• Develop creative campaigns that increase engagement and brand awareness
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with promotions and seasonal initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to elevate brand storytelling
• Monitor trends and adapt content to stay culturally relevant
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize for growth

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of content creation experience (food & hospitality preferred)
• Strong skills in short-form video editing
• Eye for lighting, composition, and food styling
• Ability to move fast and create consistently
• Understanding of social algorithms and engagement strategy
• Self-starter mentality with entrepreneurial energy
• Passion for Mediterranean food and hospitality

Bonus Points

• Experience shooting in fast-paced restaurant environments
• Graphic design skills
• Paid social campaign experience
• Portfolio with food, lifestyle, or brand storytelling work
