Real Estate Video Editor – Must Have Real Estate Experience & Use Final Cut Pro

We’re hiring a Video Editor with proven real estate experience who edits exclusively in Final Cut Pro. If you’ve created listing videos, polished agent voiceovers, and understand the fast-paced world of real estate content—we want to work with you.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll turn 4K RAW footage into high-impact real estate videos that help agents stand out and invest in their brand. Our videos appear everywhere from MLS listings to social media—and you’ll help us raise the bar on all of it.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Real estate video editing experience
• Final Cut Pro user (only) – we do not use Premiere, DaVinci, or any other platform
• Ability to follow direction and match our in-house editing style
• Able to join calls with lead editor and eventually customers
• Reliable with daily deadlines and consistent turnaround times

What You’ll Be Editing:

• Vertical and cinematic-style real estate videos
• Agent voiceovers and walk-through dialogue
• Subtitles/captions to boost engagement
• Clean music/sound design, on-trend transitions, and visual polish

Ideal Fit:

• Detail-oriented, creative, and trend-aware
• Excellent communicator who works well remotely
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
• Open to feedback and team collaboration

Pay & Perks:

• $20–30/hour, depending on experience
• Accrual-based PTO
• Health benefits available after completing a full year’s worth of hours (50/50 split between you and HD Bros)

Workload & Availability:
This is a remote role with consistent weekly editing needs. Flexibility on hours, but tight deadlines mean we need someone who’s responsive and dependable.
