As our Videographer, you’ll be the creative force capturing the life-changing moments happening across our clinics and community. From documenting patient success stories to bringing the energy of 40+ weekly events to life, your work will showcase how our team helps people move better, live better, and get back to doing what they love.

You’ll film, photograph, and produce visually compelling content that reflects our mission: to help every patient move at the speed of life.

Responsibilities

• Capture and edit high-quality, emotionally engaging videos and photos across clinics and community events.
• Film and photograph 40+ weekly outreach events, treatments, and behind-the-scenes moments that highlight the AO experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and editorial teams to bring campaigns and stories to life.
• Manage and maintain camera, lighting, and sound equipment for optimal production quality.
• Organize, label, and upload all footage within 24 hours to keep content pipelines moving efficiently.
• Stay on top of creative trends in health and wellness storytelling to elevate Alliance Orthopedics’ visual presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in film, Media Production, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of professional filming and photography experience, ideally in branded content, sports, or healthcare.
• Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio gear.
• Strong sense of composition, pacing, and visual storytelling with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and emotion.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• 3–5 shoot days per week.
• Coverage of scheduled community events.
• 90%+ internal footage approval rate.
• 24-hour turnaround on uploads and file organization.
