Social & Community Manager for Vintage Fashion Marketplace
Location: Remote (but ideally local to Miami)

We're building the future of buying inventory for vintage and second-hand fashion resellers. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes vintage culture, loves creating content, and spends way too much time on Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Facebook Groups, and other social platforms.
This is an incredible opportunity to join an early-stage startup where you'll help build our brand, voice, and community from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging content across all major social platforms
- Repurpose videos, photos, podcasts, blogs, and user-generated content into social content
- Work closely with our Creative Director to help shape and tell our brand story
- Build and maintain our content calendar
- Schedule and publish content across all social channels
- Write blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing content
- Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages across every platform
- Build relationships with vintage sellers, creators, and influencers
- Collaborate with our customers on social content, interviews, features, and success stories
- Join and actively participate in Facebook Groups, Reddit communities, Discord servers, and other online communities focused on vintage fashion, thrifting, reselling, and second-hand retail
- Help establish us as a trusted resource and thought leader within the reseller community
- Identify trending conversations, memes, creators, and opportunities to participate inauthentically
- Track engagement and community growth, bringing new ideas to the team every week
What We're Looking For
- Passion for vintage fashion, thrifting, and second-hand retail is required
- Deep knowledge of today's social media landscape, including:
- Instagram
- TikTok
- Facebook
- Reddit
- YouTube
- Pinterest
- X
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Comfortable creating content with your phone and basic editing tools
- Organized and able to manage a publishing schedule
- Self-starter who enjoys learning and figuring things out
- Excited to be part of a fast-moving startup where no two days look the same
Bonus Points
- You're an active reseller yourself
- You own or have managed vintage or thrift social accounts
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or other creative AI software
- Experience with Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar scheduling platforms
