Virtual Assistant

We are hiring a "Virtual Assistant" – Front Office
We are looking for a highly organized and professional "Virtual Assistant" with prior experience in front office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle front office tasks such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Organize and update records, documents, and databases.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage calendars effectively.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a front office/admin role.
  • Relevant experience of 1–2 years.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools.
