Virtual Medical Assistant (US Healthcare)

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Medical Assistant to support healthcare providers in delivering exceptional care to patients. This Onsite role involves assisting with a variety of administrative and operational tasks to streamline healthcare practices and ensure optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Handle appointment scheduling, patient communication, and manage patient records.
• Medical Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient data, including medical history, treatment plans, and test results.
• Billing and Coding: Assist with accurate billing, insurance verification, and coding for insurance claims.
• Patient Coordination: Communicate with patients regarding follow-ups, appointment reminders, and medical inquiries.
• Data Management: Organize patient charts and medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a medical assistant or in a healthcare administrative role.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare software (e.g., EHR/EMR systems).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of US healthcare regulations and insurance procedures is a plus.

Job Location: Park Road, Islamabad
Job Timings: 5 PM to 2 AM (Night Shift - 5 days a week)
