Job Title: Global Visa Consultant (UAE Experience Required)

Job Description:We are hiring an experienced Global Visa Consultant to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of UAE-based experience in the visa consultancy field, specifically handling international visa applications (tourist, work, business, student, etc.) for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen countries, and more.

This role is best suited for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who understands UAE market demands, client expectations, and international immigration procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on global visa procedures to clients within the UAE.
• Handle end-to-end visa processing for various countries – including document checks, application submissions, and appointment bookings.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa centers both locally and internationally.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and visa policies across key destinations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guide clients through the entire visa process.
• Manage multiple client files and meet application deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with the latest UAE and international visa requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a visa consultancy role within the UAE.
• Proven track record in handling visa applications for multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of UAE client expectations and international immigration rules.
• Excellent communication skills (English is a must; additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in using visa portals and relevant documentation tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Certification in immigration or global mobility (preferred but not required).
• Experience working in a travel agency, immigration firm, or corporate mobility team in the UAE.
