Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and client-focused professional with extensive experience in tour operations and visa processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting bespoke travel experiences and managing end-to-end visa applications, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Location:
Karachi Central, Pakistan (Preference for candidates residing in Gulshan, Nazimabad, FB Area)
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management & Consultation: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their travel needs, and providing expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and visa requirements.
- Itinerary Planning & Quotations: Design, develop, and present detailed, customized travel itineraries and competitive quotations for both leisure and corporate clients.
- Travel Bookings & Coordination: Manage and coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including international and domestic hotel reservations, flights, ground transportation, and tours.
- Visa Processing: Possess in-depth knowledge of international visa regulations. Expertly manage the end-to-end visa application process, including documentation, submission, and follow-up with relevant embassies/consulates.
- Vendor & Partner Relations: Proactively search, negotiate with, and manage relationships with reliable B2B and B2C travel vendors, hotels, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- System & Portal Management: Utilize GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and various B2B & B2C booking portals efficiently to make and manage reservations.
- Compliance & Documentation: Stay current with changing international travel regulations, visa policies, and destination advisories to provide accurate information.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree. A diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in a similar role within the travel industry (Tour Operations, Travel Consulting, or Visa Specialization).
- Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrable expertise in international visa rules and application procedures for various countries.
- Strong command of popular international travel destinations and trends.
