Visual Commercial

The Visual Commercial is responsible for serving customers on floor and assisting the section commercial activities and replacing the Senior Visual Commercial and Department Manager when needed. He/ She is also responsible to support the Senior VC/Department manager in the effective running of the department in order to ensure the highest level of customer service are sustained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Assigning routine and non-routine tasks to the whole department team
• Assist the Senior Visual Commercial and Department Manager in handling the maintenance of inventories and placement of products
• Distribute and arrange merchandise by making the most of available space while complying with the company guidelines and display mapping (customer profile, color harmony, etc.) in order to attract a maximum number of customers and promote sales
• Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the shelves and indoor in order to enhance the shopping experience
• Greet customers and ensure that they are served by shop staff in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards
• Control and monitor the section sales budget such as (driving sales, reports, proposing action plan), as well as, executing all merchandising tasks (changing mannequin, prices, posters, pictures)
• Assist the Senior Visual Commercial in Communicating sales plans and targets to the Shop/Department team and monitor performance on an ongoing basis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 to 3 years of experience in retail industry
• Proficiency in MS Office and Shop/ Stock Management tools
• Fluency in English
• Deep product knowledge across all departments
