VoIP Support Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a VoIP Support Coordinator to oversee and manage daily VoIP support operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate between clients, vendors, and internal teams. The VoIP Support Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining Reyvoip LLC’s reputation for excellence in telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate VoIP support activities including troubleshooting, system monitoring, and resource allocation.
  • Liaise with clients to understand technical requirements and provide timely updates.
  • Collaborate with IT specialists and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Support system upgrades, installations, and compliance initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on VoIP support performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar’s telecommunications regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in VoIP support coordination or technical assistance.
  • Strong knowledge of VoIP systems, SIP protocols, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, VoIP management tools, and ticketing systems.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or VoIP-specific credentials are an advantage.
