Job Summary
The Vice President, Benefits leads the strategy, design, administration, and communication of Medline’s U.S. health, welfare, and retirement programs. This executive is responsible for ensuring Medline’s benefits offerings are competitive, cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with the company’s business objectives and culture. The role oversees U.S. leaves administration, time off design and administration, accommodations, and the HR M&A function. The VP, Benefits partners closely with executive leadership, the HRLT, HRBP’s, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver a holistic, innovative, and compliant benefits experience that attracts, retains, and supports a high-performing workforce.Job Description

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$201,760.00 - $302,640.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
