Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Vice President – Sales to lead our sales function for co-working and managed office spaces. The role involves driving client acquisition, building broker networks, achieving occupancy targets, and expanding our presence in the commercial real estate market. Key Responsibilities Identify and establish a pipeline of target accounts and broker networks in the region. Own and manage client relationships with startups, SMEs, corporates, and property owners. Lead the sales cycle – from lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building to deal closure. Achieve occupancy and revenue targets by ensuring maximum space utilization. Provide excellent client experience during onboarding and handovers. Share regular updates on sales progress and suggest new strategies for growth. Participate in marketing and networking activities to increase brand visibility. Build, guide and mentor the sales team to consistently achieve performance goals. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in co-working, commercial real estate, or managed office spaces. Proven success in client acquisition, leasing, and revenue growth. Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and with a team.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
