Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service

· Greet the customer with a warm smile and friendly manner.

· Serve the customers in accordance to the Company’s standard operating procedures.

· Present menu and provide detailed information to customers if required (e.g. food portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).

· Properly up-sell products to customers at all times

· Handle customer complaints and ensuring customers satisfaction.

· Comply with the company’s health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· Pro-active and energetic with a positive 'can do' attitude

· Ability to multi-task with prioritization skills

Experience:

· At least with 2 years’ experience in the Hospitality field

Education:

· Preferably High school diploma or equivalent
