Waiter/Waitress (Luxury Hotel Industry)

We are seeking a dedicated and guest-oriented Waiter / Waitress with experience in luxury hotels to deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a professional and timely welcome.
• Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders with efficiency and care.
• Prepare and maintain tables and dining areas in accordance with brand and service standards.
• Guide guests through the menu, providing knowledgeable recommendations and answering questions.
• Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation, timing, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene across all service and dining areas.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Respond to guest feedback or concerns promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Adhere strictly to hotel safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Support team members during peak service periods to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a waiter or waitress, preferably in luxury 4-star or 5-star hotels in GCC.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• High attention to detail with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage.
• Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
