Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, prepare estimates, and schedule appointments.
• Analyzed the work orders and discussed work with supervisors.
• Prepare invoices.
• Perform vehicle diagnostics.
• Handle customer calls and respond to email inquiries.
• Record customer vehicle service issues in company database.
• Resolve customer complaints and minor customer service issues.
• Perform customer follow-up contact to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Schedule vehicle service appointments.
• Welcome customers and make general assessments of vehicle issues.
• Work to ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer issues.
• Promote the service facilities to increase repeat business.
• Perform after-sales follow-ups and develop strong relationships.
• Guide employees in handling difficult and complex problems and in resolving escalating complaints and disputes.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Strong communication skill in English and Arabic (Written & Verbal)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
