Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Relationship Officer to join our team. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service, sales, and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote and sell financial products and services such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their changing needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure excellent customer service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling of products.
• Work closely with internal departments (e.g., credit, operations) to ensure smooth processing of customer requests.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and new product offerings.
