Walk in Inteview-Relationship Officer

The Relationship Officer – Credit Card Sales is responsible for acquiring new credit card customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying prospective customers, explaining credit card products and benefits, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and leads
  • Promote and sell credit card products to individual customers
  • Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and charges clearly
  • Assist customers with application forms and documentation
  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of credit card applications
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
  • Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with internal teams when required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum qualification: High School / Graduate (preferred)
  • Prior experience in credit card sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good convincing and negotiation abilities
  • Customer-focused and target-driven attitude
  • Basic knowledge of banking and financial products
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
