Job Overview:

Xpo9tial Growth Consulting LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Walmart Catalogue & PPC Management Specialist to manage product listings and advertising campaigns on the Walmart Marketplace. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Walmart catalogue management and PPC advertising, with a preference for those experienced in the beauty and perfume niche.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on Walmart Marketplace
• Create, update, and maintain product catalogs (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
• Ensure accurate categorization and compliance with Walmart policies
• Plan, execute, and optimize Walmart PPC campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CTR, and conversions
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for creatives and promotions
• Handle inventory updates and troubleshoot listing or ad-related issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Walmart Marketplace catalogue and PPC management
• Strong understanding of Walmart Seller Center and advertising platform
• Experience in beauty and/or perfume niche preferred
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with keyword research tools and marketplace guidelines
