Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Conduct B2B sales activities, including warm calling and follow-ups to generate leads and close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that enhance client engagement and drive sales growth.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking account activities, managing pipelines, and reporting on sales performance.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product offerings and effectively communicating their value to clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and improve service delivery.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role within technology or B2B sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing client relationships and driving team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for effective account management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market data and make informed recommendations.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales initiatives is a plus.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
