We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will oversee warehouse activities, manage logistics processes, and ensure accurate inventory control. Detailed Daily Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations
  • Supervise receiving, unloading, and inspection of incoming goods.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of products.
  • Monitor picking, packing, and dispatching of orders to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards in the warehouse.
• Inventory Management
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain inventory control systems.
  • Prepare and oversee end-of-year inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with audit requirements.
  • Generate inventory reports for management review.
• Logistics Planning
  • Plan and schedule deliveries to optimize routes and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with transport providers.
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly.
  • Ensure timely distribution of goods to customers and internal departments.
• Team Leadership
  • Manage warehouse staff schedules and assign tasks.
  • Train and mentor team members to improve efficiency and safety.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Prepare operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation.
