Location: Warehouse Sites ( Okara, Raiwind, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur)
Role Overview:
The Warehouse compliance & Systems Executive is responsible for ensuring full regulatory, operational, and contractual compliance at warehouse sites while implementing, training, and enforcing the use of Voyage's warehouse management and compliance software.
This role sites at the intersection of operation, compliance, and technology, ensuring that physical warehouse processes are accurately mirrored in the digital system and aligned with internal SOPs, regulatory requirements, and client obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure 100% compliance with:
2. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly compliance checks across:
- Stock receipt
- Quality testing & grading
- Storage practices
- Dispatch and reconciliation
3. Maintain audit-ready documentation (Physical + Digital).
Identify compliance gaps, deviations, or operational risks and report proactively with corrective action plans.
4. Lead on-ground implementation of Voyage's:
- Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Quality & lot tracking modules
- Weighbridge integration
- Inventory reconciliation and reporting tools
5. Ensure all warehouse activities are captured in real-time in the Software with Zero offline leakage.
6. Translate physical workflows into digital processes, ensuring no mismatch between ground realty and system data.
7. Enforce mandatory system usage by warehouse staff, vendors, and third-party operators.
8. Act as the first line of troubleshooting for system issues at the site and coordinate with the tech team for resolution.
9. Train warehouse staff on:
-Software usage
-SOP adherence
-Compliance protocols
10. Conduct refresher trainings and onboarding sessions for new staff.
11. Drive behavioral change from manual processes to system-driven operations.
Create a culture of data accuracy, transparency, and accountability.
12. Ensure daily stock reconciliation between:
-Physical stock
-Software records
-Weighbridge data
13. Monitor:
-Moisture and Quality variations
-Handling losses
-Cleaning and processing deductions.
14. Flag any abnormal variances, shortages, or discrepancies immediately.
15. Support investigations related to stock shortages, quality claims, or dispute.
16. Prepare and submit:
-Daily operational reports
-Compliance dashboards
-Exception and incident reports
17. Coordinate closely with:
-Operations teams
-Quality teams
-Transport teams
-Head Office Compliance & Tech teams.
18. Provide feedback for software and SOP improvements based on ground realities.
19. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, especially agri-commodities
20. High attention to detail and strong process discipline.
21. Comfortable working with Software systems, tablets, dashboards, and reports
22. Ability to enforce compliance firmly but professionally.
23. Strong documentation and reporting skills
24. Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on attitude
25. Bachelor's degree in:
-Supply Chain
-Operations
-Business Administration
-Engineering
-IT/MIS (Preferred but not mandatory)
26. 2-5 years experience in:
-Warehousing operations
-Compliance / audit roles
-ERP / WMS implementation
27. Experience with agri-commodities, logistics, or storage facilities is a storage plus.
