- Manage inward and outward stock movements efficiently.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of medical products as per company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
- Conduct regular stock checks and periodic physical inventory audits.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for timely order preparation and dispatch.
- Arrange deliveries and coordinate with drivers and transporters.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards within the warehouse.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the procurement team for replenishment.
- Maintain proper documentation for GRN, delivery notes, invoices, and returns.
- Handle customer returns and ensure proper documentation and system updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–3 years of UAE experience in warehouse operations.
- Experience in medical devices or healthcare products is an advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory management systems/ERP.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic MS Office proficiency.
