Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inward and outward material movement efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP / Excel
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of materials
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliation
- Supervise loading and unloading of goods
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs and safety standards
- Maintain proper documentation (GRN, Delivery Challans, etc.)
- Optimize space utilization within the warehouse
- Handle damaged or expired stock as per company policy
- Support audits by providing required data and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse/store operations (manufacturing industry preferred)

- Strong knowledge of inventory management
- Good command of MS Excel and ERP systems
- Organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure
