Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Warehouse Executive to manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock handling, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and physical registers
• Ensure proper stock arrangement, labeling, and FIFO (First In First Out) system
• Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and outlet teams for stock requirements
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure product safety
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
• Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory
• Ensure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound goods

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Supply Chain, Business, or related field)
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (F&B industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and MS Excel
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
