Overview
The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will oversee and manage end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple facilities, covering raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products.
The role requires ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient material movement, and timely deliveries in coordination with the sales and production teams.
This position plays a critical role in optimizing supply chain performance while leading a team to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple warehouses, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and returns.
- Ensure accurate tracking and movement of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.
- Plan and coordinate the transportation of products for deliveries.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely product availability and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with production to align material flow with manufacturing schedules.
- Implement and monitor effective inventory management systems to control stock levels and reduce waste.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to operational policies and safety standards.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations across all facilities.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as stock turnover, order accuracy, and delivery timelines to improve efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance service levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in the manufacturing or building materials industry.
- Strong background in managing multi-warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, transportation, and supply chain best practices.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
