Warehouse Manager

We are looking for seasoned warehouse manager for PreBuy warehouse which is at Perur -8925873440

• Inventory Management: Control and manage stock levels, ensure inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts.
• Staff Supervision: Lead, motivate, and train warehouse staff, delegate tasks, create schedules, and ensure high productivity and adherence to company rules.
• Operations Oversight: Manage the entire supply chain process from receiving and storage to picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring efficient workflows.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, communicate with drivers, and ensure timely and efficient product delivery to customers and end-users.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze shipment logs, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and materials handling.
• Experience in a similar warehouse management or related role.
• Familiarity with lean practices and ISO standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
