Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement warehouse operations systems by determining optimal product handling, storage requirements, and ensuring all procedures align with organizational standards and compliance needs.
• Develop and continuously improve operational processes including product receiving, inventory management, equipment utilization, and overall logistics workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Achieve warehouse performance objectives through strategic recruitment, analysis of resource needs, and the training, coaching, and motivation of staff to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure warehouse operational goals are consistently aligned with the organization’s overall strategic objectives to support business growth and customer satisfaction. Lead the development of warehouse layout and infrastructure, focusing on efficient product flow, handling systems, and evaluating or recommending new equipment for performance and capacity enhancement.
• Propose and implement improvements in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP integration, and ensure strict adherence to GDP, WHO, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Establish, enforce, and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring full compliance with international safety and legal standards.
• Coordinate with the Administration and Security departments to develop and enforce property protection and controlled access policies and procedures.
• Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance gaps, and recommend internal and external process improvements for operational excellence.
• Prepare for and manage foreign and internal audits, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory, legal, and quality standards.
• Maintain high team morale and motivation to drive maximum productivity and ensure a positive working environment.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the Head Office to address queries, resolve operational challenges, and implement decisions that impact warehouse performance.

Requirements:

-Education: Master’s degree in supply chain.

- 3 to 5 Years relevant experience.

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

-Excellent Communication skills.
