Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager — E‑commerce (Dubai) | Full‑time or Part‑time

The role (80/20)
Run inbound → storage → pick/pack → ship with accuracy, speed, and safety—at the lowest viable cost.

Key outcomes (first 90–180 days)

• Pick/pack accuracy ≥ 99.5%, OTIF ≥ 98%, same‑day ship for orders before cut‑off.
• Inventory accuracy ≥ 99.0% (weekly cycle counts), shrinkage ≤ 0.3%.
• Receiving SLA: GRN posted within 24 hours; ASN compliance with suppliers.
• Cost/order ↓ 10–15% via packaging, slotting, and process improvements.
• Implement WMS/OMS (Shopify‑integrated), barcode scanning, FEFO (lot/expiry).
• Zero lost‑time safety incidents; housekeeping and 5S in place.

What you’ll do

• Lead the warehouse team (hiring, training, shift planning, productivity/UPH tracking).
• Own layout, slotting, pick paths; manage kitting/bundling for promos and regimens.
• Oversee returns (QC, refurb/repack) and coordinate with CS for fast resolutions.
• Liaise with 3PL/last‑mile partners; monitor SLAs, exceptions, and claims.
• Publish weekly ops dashboards (orders, SLAs, costs, damages, returns).

Must‑haves

• 3–6+ years in e‑commerce warehouse/fulfillment; hands‑on with WMS + scanners.
• Comfortable with Shopify/OMS/WMS, label printing, and carrier portals.
• Cosmetics experience a plus: FEFO, lot/expiry, leak/damage prevention.

Compensation & benefits

• Full‑time base: AED 12,000–15,000 (Senior) or AED 9,000–12,000 (Mid) + performance bonus.
• Part‑time (on‑site): AED 4,000–7,000 retainer/month.
• Visa, health insurance, annual leave per UAE law.
