Warehouse Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 3PL Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate brings a team first attitude and a strong background in warehouse management with experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Join our team as a Warehouse Manager and play a pivotal role in our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
• Implement and sustain Lean and Six Sigma practices to improve warehouse performance (e.g., reducing waste, increasing accuracy, enhancing throughput).
• Develop and track KPIs such as order accuracy, cycle time, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and 3PL partners to meet service-level agreements and optimize supply chain flow.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and internal policies.
• Drive initiatives focused on warehouse layout optimization, equipment utilization, and process standardization.
• Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System) and related technology for data-driven decision making.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, preferably in a 3PL environment.
• Proficiency in operation and other warehouse equipment.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred but not required
• Proven track record in implementing process improvements and leading operational transformations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience with modern WMS platforms and ERP systems
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Three verifiable professional references required with resume.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
